EZ Lehigh Acres Masonry is a licensed masonry contractor operating in Southwest Florida. We provide residential and commercial masonry services including but not limited to foundation repair, brick work, stucco work, block wall construction, chimney repair, and masonry restoration. Specific services, scope, pricing, and timelines are governed by a separate written agreement or contract executed for each project.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, guarantee of availability, or commitment to perform any specific service at any particular price. All work requires a written estimate accepted by both parties before any work begins.

Any estimate provided by EZ Lehigh Acres Masonry - whether by phone, email, or written form - is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the on-site visit. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if conditions are discovered during work that were not visible at the time of the estimate.
No work will begin until a written estimate has been reviewed and accepted in writing by the client.
Payment terms are set out in each individual project contract. In general, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project contract. We reserve the right to suspend or stop work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
EZ Lehigh Acres Masonry provides a workmanship warranty on all completed masonry projects. The specific terms of the warranty, including duration and coverage, are stated in the written project contract. Our warranty covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by settlement, acts of nature, improper use, modifications made by others, or failure of underlying structures that were present before our work began.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (brick, mortar, stucco materials, etc.) are governed by the manufacturer terms and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
