Services Provided

EZ Lehigh Acres Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, stone installation, tuckpointing, paver installation, and custom masonry projects. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel projects at our discretion if we determine that safety concerns, property access issues, or other factors prevent us from completing the work to our standards.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free on-site consultations and written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are based on the information and site conditions observed at the time of inspection.

Final pricing may change if we discover additional issues during the project that were not visible during the initial assessment. We will communicate any necessary changes to you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Once you approve an estimate and schedule your project, we will provide you with a start date. We make every effort to begin and complete work on schedule, but weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor completed up to that point.

Property Access and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that pets are secured during our work hours. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that could affect the project.

While we take great care to protect your property, you should remove any valuable or fragile items from the work area before we begin. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work zone.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, neglect, or modifications made by other contractors.

If you experience any issues with our work during the warranty period, contact us immediately so we can assess and address the problem.

Limitation of Liability

EZ Lehigh Acres Masonry carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
